Entrepreneurial Culture
Founded by entrepreneurs, the entrepreneurial vein runs deep at IE, where business creation is seen as an engine for growth, value generation, employment and social well-being. All IE students design business plans during the program with the help of a team comprising over 200 external tutors from the business community. Students may also opt for the Social Entrepreneurship Track, a specialization whereby MBA participants pursue a career as a social entrepreneur. Some 25% of IE Business School MBA graduates set up their own companies.

International Focus
The diversity and international focus of our faculty, student body and research is something of which we are truly proud. This year 7,800 students of 83 different nationalities, 35% of which are women, will attend our campus. We will partake in exchange programs with leading business schools, work with large and small corporations to address their talent development needs, and undertake applied business research around the world. This commitment to working with and understanding diversity ensures that participants are truly prepared for the challenges of working in multi-cultural environments. IE Business School's 37,000-strong alumni network spread across 100 countries is a direct result of a global outlook at every level. The result is a highly international program content, and a faculty and student body that comprises a veritable cultural melting pot.

Commitment to Society
IE's commitment to society permeates every aspect of the school, as reflected by core program content, electives specialized in the field of ethics, and consolidated initiatives like the IE code of professional conduct, the result of a joint effort by professors, students and alumni, and Social Impact Management at IE, a dedicated department that now plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day fabric of the school. Engagement of Master students in CSR activities starts with the admissions process and continues through initiatives like the net impact chapter, the Diversity, Entrepreneurship, and Women in Business at IE clubs, the Mentor Program, and internships in NGOS.

Programs
IE Business School provides a wide range of MBA programs, including the flagship International MBA, the innovative IE-Brown Executive MBA, International Executive MBA, the Executive Bi-weekly MBA and the Global MBA, all offered in English.
